Collegiate and Low Level Sport Organizations

In my experience, collegiate and semi-pro sport organizations tend to have established characters but a high turnover rate with performers. College programs that are a top tier major powerhouse with several performers tend to have the least consistency issues and may consider the questions on the Professional page more applicable. Smaller college programs that only have one or two performers or an office that doesn’t emphasize the mascot program tend to have consistency issues over time. Any level of collegiate programs will run into scheduling issues with their student performers. Low level sport organizations tend to only have one performer at a time and leave it up to the performer to create the character’s identity and that could change every time a new performer takes over.

Take a look at the following questions and consider where your program sits at this moment.
