About Me

I have 12+ years of mascot performance experience representing colleges, sport organizations, non-profits, and nationally recognized brands. I’ve created brand new characters from scratch as well as revitalized dormant characters and outdated costume designs. I’ve performed as characters that are cherished by their brands and as characters that are afterthoughts. I’ve worn costumes that are performer friendly and ones that could be considered torture devices in some countries. All that to say, I’ve seen and experienced it all (probably not, but a lot).

I won’t claim to be the best performer, program manager, “coach”, etc. but I will claim I have a deep understanding of this niche area and can help companies maximize their mascots. There are so many little details that are overlooked with mascots that don’t take a lot of effort to implement and turn a so-so character into a great one.

I believe mascots are under utilized marketing tools for 90% of companies that have one. A mascot is a walking billboard for brands that can interact with consumers that creates bonds between the brand and the consumers stronger than any traditional marketing strategy.
